1. Mandatory costs
- First month's rent — as listed, on signing
- Agency service fee — 50% of one month's rent, on signing
- Refundable security deposit — one month's rent, on signing
- Utilities — metered, paid monthly
2. Deposit and lease terms
The deposit is refundable and is not rent. It is returned within 30 days of vacating and signing the handover report. Deductions cover only unpaid rent, utility arrears or damage beyond normal wear, itemised in writing.
Term: 12 months unless stated otherwise. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Rent changes need 30 days notice and not in the first 6 months.

Provider identification: Article 7, Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015. Consumer rights and complaints: Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2022. Advertising: Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-ВР dated 03.07.1996, which bans misleading and unfair advertising. Enquiries: Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010.
4. Complaints and questions
