pixelandvas.com opened in 2016 with four agents and one filing cabinet on Baseina Street in Kyiv. Nobody signs a lease or a purchase contract for a home we have not inspected ourselves.
That rule still holds. Every apartment is inspected and legally vetted before it reaches a listing page, and our in-house lawyers handle contracts and registration, so you are not left hunting for a notary at the last minute.
We know the best neighborhoods in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, and Kharkiv. Our agents will tell you when a price is wrong, when a building has problems, or when a district simply will not suit your commute. The team speaks English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
